Jamaat candidate Mohammad Zahirul Islam wins in Chattagram-16 with 96,114 votes. BNP candidate Mishkatul Islam Chowdhury earned 86,291 votes. This constituency saw 59% voter turnout.

BNP candidate Mohammad Fahim Chowdhury takes Sherpur-2 with 118,472 votes, with Jamaat candidate Md. Golam Kibria winning 108,335 votes. Two other candidates from Islami Andolon Bangladesh and Amar Bangladesh Party got almost 6,000 votes, collectively. This constituency saw 54% voter turnout.
